Michelle Grow is a local from Southern California's coastal Orange County and currently resides in Long Beach. She enjoys hiking, poetry and cured meats, but not necessarily in that order. Her favorite food is Mexican, but that's probably because it's more available than the Hungarian cuisine she grew up on. Michelle worked in the restaurant industry professionally for over ten years and unprofessionally her whole life. Her love for all things food translates into her writing, wardrobe choices and the way she moves around the kitchen. Her academic career includes courses from OCC, GWC, IVC and CSULB, culminating to a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and graduate work with a concentration in poetry. If she's not at the table next to you in your favorite restaurant, she's writing content about the next best place to find delicious cuisine.
